📦 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

Right now, we only ship within the United States. No international shipping just yet—but we’re working on it.

How long does it take to get my order?

Quality takes a moment. Here's the breakdown:

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days (been busy)

  • Shipping (USA):

    • Free: 3–4 business days

    • Standard: 3–4 business days

    • Express: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated total delivery time: 5–13 business days

⏳ Heads up: during peak seasons, processing may take a little longer. You'll be notified when your order ships.

Will I get a tracking number?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

🔁 Returns & Order Issues

Can I return or exchange an item?

We currently don’t offer returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer's remorse, so please double-check the size chart on the product page before you order.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any defect, we've got you covered:

  • 📸 Take a quick photo of the issue

  • 📩 Email it to tshirt.png.shop@gmail.com

  • 🕒 Do this within 30 days of receiving your order

We’ll sort it out with a replacement or a refund.

What if my order is lost?

If tracking shows your order hasn’t moved or it’s been an unusually long time, reach out—we’ll investigate and replace it if necessary.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t get it, double-check with neighbors or your local post office first, then contact us if needed.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order is placed, it goes into processing fast—so cancellations or edits aren't guaranteed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure checkout options shown at payment.

👕 Sizing & Product Info

Each product has a detailed size chart on the product page. Please check it carefully before ordering.
If you’re in between sizes, consider sizing up for a looser fit.
